Returns for Products

You can return certain products under specific conditions. Our policy is tailored for the industrial B2B market, therefore it is different from a retail store. Items like standard industrial machinery or equipment can be returned, but special conditions apply. We need a return request within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. A restocking fee of up to 30% may be charged, which helps cover our costs for handling, inspection, and repackaging.

Custom-Fabricated Items

Some items are made just for you. Custom-fabricated goods, like steel beams or specialized parts, cannot be returned. We build these items to your exact specifications, which makes them unique. Therefore, they cannot be resold to another client. We ensure the quality is perfect before it leaves our workshop. You can inspect the final product to make sure it meets your needs.

Refunds for Services

We provide services, not just products. Refunds for services, such as installation or construction supervision, are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you cancel a service that has already started, we cannot refund the work that has been done. However, you may be able to get a refund for a service that has not begun. Because our work involves labor and materials, we must protect our costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If we make a mistake, we will fix it. If a product arrives damaged or is defective, we will either replace it or offer a full refund. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and you must provide photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will then inspect the item. If the damage is our fault, we will cover all costs for the return and replacement.

How to Request a Return or Refund

You must contact us to start the process. To begin a return or a refund request, you need to call our main office or send an email. You will need your order number and a clear reason for the request. We will then give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must have this number before you ship anything back to us.

We aim to solve every issue directly. If a disagreement arises, we will work with you to find a fair solution. We are committed to a positive partnership, rather than to a dispute. This policy is a guide, but our commitment to your satisfaction is what truly matters.
